Sometimes macOS may repeatedly ask you to grant Accessibility permissions for MetaServer every time you open the app. Here are two solutions to resolve this issue.
Solution 1: Remove and Re-add MetaServer in Accessibility Settings
1. Open Settings on your Mac and navigate to Privacy & Security > Accessibility.
2. Find MetaServer in the list of applications.
3. Select MetaServer and click the - button to remove it.
4. Click the + icon to re-add MetaServer:
- Navigate to your Applications folder.
- Select MetaServer from the list and click Open.
Solution 2: Resetting accessibility permissions
- Open Terminal.app (you can find it in your Applications > Utilities folder or by searching for “Terminal” in Spotlight).
- Type the following command: tccutil reset Accessibility.
- Press Enter
- Quit Terminal.
- Open System Preferences and navigate to Security & Privacy
- Select the Accessibility tab.
- Re-add MetaServer to the Accessibility list:

Click the + icon to re-add MetaServer:
- Navigate to your Applications folder.
- Select MetaServer from the list and click Open.
