How to Enable Crash Logs on Your iPad and Share Them with Developers

If you’re experiencing issues or crashes with MetaGrid Pro and want to help us resolve them quickly, sending crash logs is incredibly helpful. Follow this guide to enable crash logging and share this information from your iPad.

1. Open Settings on your iPad.
2. Tap on Privacy & Security.
3. Scroll down and tap on Analytics & Improvements.
4. Ensure Share iPad Analytics and Share with App Developers are both switched ON.
5. With this enabled, crash data will be collected and shared with us when issues arise, helping us to quickly identify and fix any bugs.
