Setup Instructions

To get started with the Logic Pro Media Composer Grid, you need to perform a one-time setup for each Logic Pro project. Here’s how:

Step 1: Download and Open the Logic Pro Project:

  • This project contains pre-configured MIDI Transformers essential for the grid to function.

Step 2: Import MIDI Transformers into Your Template:

  1. Open your Logic Pro template or project.
  2. In Logic Pro go to File > Project Settings and click Import Project Settings...Screenshot 2025-01-13 at 11.01.06.png
  3. Locate the MetaGrid Pro MIDI Transform Sets.logicx file and click Import.
  4. In the Import Settings select Transform Sets.Screenshot 2025-01-13 at 11.01.19.png
  5. Click Import.
  • Repeat this process for each new project you create, as Logic Pro does not allow global MIDI Transformer configurations.
